I've spent the last 2 years of my life studying nutrition and fitness religiously.
My suggestions in the most simple explanations:
Eat a lot of lean meats and veggies.
Squat big
Bench big
Deadlift big
Overhead Press big
Also maybe join sherdog mma forums. That's where I started. As far as nutrition, it's spotty as far as accuracy, but the lifting is solid and you can learn a **** ton from them. Basically the key is simple compound movements to develop overall excellence.
BTW, no pussy squats either; Go below parallel or gtfo!
