I have an 02 Honda Accord EX coupe and there are a few things I would like to fix on it. The first is the passenger seat, the back part of it is falling off. I don't know if this is something I can do on my own by gluing or bolting it back in place or what. I'm hoping it's an easy fix because a replacement seat would be expensive.

The second is just a minor issue, it's the driver side door handle. It is made out of plastic but has some sort of thick reflective silver tape or sticker on it to make it look nice. It started peeling off and now it cuts my finger open sometimes if I'm not careful. I'm wondering if I have to buy a new handle, or if I can get just get another tape/sticker thing. I also was wondering if I could just peel the rest of it off, take it out and spray paint it silver, then put it back in.

Third, I can't see my clock at nighttime. Is there a lightbulb or fuse that needs replacing?

Last, I'd like to buy a windshield shade. Is there anything I can get that is more manageable than the ones that just fold up like an accordion?

thanks in advance :)

Looks like your missing the clips on the bottom.

The seat cover is held on by 2 hooks on top and 2 clips on the bottom.
If your hooks are attached then all you need to do is replace the missing clips on the bottom.

The seat cover is still attached in the top right and I can see the hook from the top left. It seems to be attached on the right side as well somehow. So when I get the clips how does it reattach? Will I need to remove it somehow?

post better pics bro

yeah I don't know what happened to the 2nd seat pic, I'll get some new ones later today.

I took it to the dealership for routine maintenance and they said I needed a new seat back and it would be $180 for parts and labor so I told them I would bring it back in later. It was glued on, they pulled it off without any damage though. Anyway it appears to me that I just need the clips as you said, but I wanted to double check before I ordered the parts. Also, can someone recommend a good parts store? Right now I'm looking at Hondapartsnow.com, but the shipping is a bit expensive. It's not a big deal but I have never ordered parts or anything before so I don't know if they are reputable or not.

Thanks

The piece where the clips connect to the seat is a little bent on one side, I guess I'll try gluing it. Wish me luck
