Received the part today. Switched out the cylinder 1 coil pack (which was originally in cylinder 3), and reset CEL. Rough idle was significantly better, if not nonexistant, upon startup. Drove around a bit, apprx. 10 miles of mixed highway/city driving, with no issues - no CEL.
Looks like it worked. Will report back if the CEL or any other symptoms return after further driving, but I think we got it - thanks for all the help!
