flush LOOK

Ok...so I've been doing some research on 6GA and V6P about spacers..H&R seems to be the choice and 5mm the size...with some fender rolling involved
My question is...is that setup going to give me a flush look running enkei rsv 225/45/17 or should I go ahead and go with 10mm spacer with extended studs?
