This is something I did in early 06', but it is long gone now. Working on another setup that is utilizing S2000 projectors instead of the bi-xenon E46 projectors that I had. Yes those are CCFL and not led rings. The pics don't do the cathodes justice but they were 4100k. They were visible in the day. :thumbsup:

so those are retro's?

i was thinking they were ebay models, like this:

but now i can tell the halo config is obviously different.

looks good! any more info on what all went into the conversion?

mind posting the DIY's? i was torn between halo rings and HID's for a while. this might hold me over :D

I use to talk with Vue when I was working on it. He helped out alot. I took a dremel to it and fiberglassed it. I pulled a hack job.

Looks pretty good.. Now that I look at it, the paint could have been better, and the over all retro.. but other then that I think its secksy

After looking at it for a couple of days, I said it wasn't going to cut it. I sold all of it except for the ballast. New project in the works. The high beams were actually mini projectors with custom fiberglass shrouds.
