the main thing that wont let u put the mani on is the stud/bolt pattern

Yeah, it's pretty popular on an f22 but i haven't seen anyone do it on a f23 head. With an f23, it seems like it would be in your best interest to just buy a manifold even though it's more expensive.

If you do try to do this, get either a 2nd generation dsm manifold or an evoIII. The first gen manifolds crack easily and since pretty much all are high mileage, not really worth it unless you weld the cracks yourself.
