Fine I guess since no one's replying I'll just buy 8 push-tabs, 4 on top of the grill and 4 underneath the bumper, right? And see if I can find out how and where to use them.
Front lip fell off...all this needs to get fixed

drill through the lip into the bumper cover underneath, put 4-6 1/4 inch bolts with a nylock nut on the back through it, it wont go anywhere

if you don't have a splash guard then I don't think buying push tabs will do you any good cause they attach your bumper to your splash guard. TAS has splash guards for like 30 or 40 bux I think.

Hassan, no velcro, dirt/water gets in there and after a while, the velcro will probably wear down and not adhere like it did when it was new/clean.
Use the 3m dbl-sided and screws and you should be good.

Oh...I see. That's what I was thinking too. So if I don't want to buy splash guards is there any other way to hold my bumper itself up? I've got an idea for the lip but I'm worried about the bumper being too loose too.

I had to deal with a torn engine splash guard, installing aftermarket headlights and Grillcraft mesh grilles. I did all of it myself and now the front end doesn't rattle anymore and I don't have as much debris entering the engine area. I know precisely what you're up against. Here's the deal:
Your lip needs to be at least taped and screwed into the front bumper, mostly because of the damage to both. It would help overall stability if you had the crack in your front bumper fixed because it's kind of a floppy part to begin with (soft and flexible).
You also MUST buy a new engine splash guard, and all the tabs that are supposed to join it to your front bumper and wheel wells. Do some research to figure out which type of tabs to use, I think there are 2 or 3 different types involved.
Once you have all that stuff install the splash guard first. It mostly connects to points in the wheel well while overlapping the bottom of the inside of your front bumper. Everything's gonna flop around while you get both sides positioned and locked in because the guard is kinda soft and flexible. Get someone to help you, it will go much faster.
To properly position the guard, you're going to have to partially attach the front bumper. Do this by bolting it down at the two spots near your headlights. Don't attach it at the upper or lower sides near the wheel well yet because your splash guard attaches there first.
Jack up your car and position the splash guard, taking care to tuck it into the indentations in the wheel well and inside the bumper. Insert the tabs that hold it into the wheel well first, then insert the tabs that attach it to the front bumper, working from the middle to the sides.
Once all your tabs are in place and everything is fitting tight, finish attaching the front bumper by bolting it at the upper and lower corners of your wheel wells (2 bolts on each side).
After your bumper is on there, install your lip kit and use some double-sided tape and screws to hold it on. From that point on, you should be golden.
