Full DIY 01-03 JDM civic fog lights install

so i ordered this "kit" http://www.ebay.com/itm/321671451561

not only did it only come with one bulb, but its definitely not a kit all it came with was the fog lights, the button and the wire that connects to the button and a red wire

did i get screwed? was this supposed to come with more? and if not what do i need to order and where can i get it? lol thank you

If anyone knows of a full kit that includes both inside and outside harness please let me know

EDIT: i just ordered this : http://www.ebay.com/itm/161443942120 i hope it is all i will need now

So yeah, you're missing all the wiring and the relay for underhood. Look's like you'll have to cut the brown Honda connector off and splice or solder to it, but you got the idea.

So I got them installed on my bumper, just waiting for the harness to come so I can run the wires.

So I got everything wired up and it works great. The only problem is that the fog light button led is always on, even when the car is turned off. Anyone know what I can do to fix that?

EDIT: I figured it out. I had the switch plugged into the wrong spot on the fuze box
