i take that back...im understand it for the most part now, but Im a little lost on the splicing the two wires and where K goes...in the back of the fuse box? or front? thats where im lost. And you can only have your fogs on if the radio is on?

when i installed my 01-02 fogs i didnt have to splice the wires. what i did was instead of splicing the two wires i just connected them both to the fuse box. just used the two open ports next to each other and have not had a problem with them.

you probably just need to put a slightly high fuse in that spot now. i addressed that earlier in the OP. it all depends on which slot you're using too. if it's in the bottom left, then the fuse that is blowing in the acc fuse and you just need to put it from a 7.5 to a 10

is the slot we have to plug the fogs into under the dash or on the front when you open that little panel to the fuses???

How many watts are your bulbs? The bulbs that came with my eBay ones were 100 watts. That's might be a reason why you're blowing the 10a fuse. Either up the ruse rating (15/20) or get a regular 55w bulb. Should solve your issues.
