Gauge Overlays and Fluorescent Needles

They are UV LEDs powered by a LM317 linear voltage regulator that is wired up to the instrument cluster illumination power and ground.

Your reversed polarized odometer doesn't look as good as the guy on v6p. Are you not using an LED light?

He is using a bulb so his lighting is more even. I'm using an LED. I have a hot spot in the center that I will be fixing. I plan on adding two LEDs to make it brighter and more even.

Well I used Testors Fluorescent Red. But it really isn't all that red. I looked around for awhile and there really isn't anything that is truely red. I went for fluorescent because I was having no luck getting the lighting in the needles I wanted from LEDs on the back. So decided to use UV reactive paint instead.
