Got a new job!!!

Im freakin stoked... it's so easy... and it's a foot in the door of the direction I wanna go..

I just got a job at my local nissan dealer... it's so laid back there... Im no longer a delivery boy for charlie's chicken! Oh F%^& Yeah!

I pretty much am the shop b!+ch.. I run around and clean up messes and pull cars in and out of the shop I help write up tickets for the mechanics n stuff and I get to drive brand new *** cars! Nooo... it's not a honda like I wanna drive but I got 40hrs a week benefits after my 90 days are up and a raise then!!!

food jobs may suck but thats where the moneys at haha congrats on the job. my friend started doing that at Honda a few years back...he'll be a manager soon.

What direction are you wanting to go with it? I'm fairly certain shop manager/parts manager positions require ASE certification.

Congrats on having a job though... and a job that involves cars. I wish I was that lucky!

that's awesome man. work hard, show ur dedicated and work your way up. if working with cars is what you want to do and you arent able to get high up in the company, that work experience will look really good to another employer.
EDIT: also, make sure you work there at least 2 years (i think its 2 years). any less can look bad to another employer. they'll think something went wrong
