Oh my god why the heck ....ur fit perfect...is doesnt bend up like mine...how u do it...help me help me...damn it my still bend up like a ****...!!

well my haven crack and i been have it for like 3 month now...and is start show some sign...lol is still kinda bend up lil bit i can see but ur look way more better and more perfect then mine mine is like bend up !.!!! and your car look exactly like mine...!!

nah it is not the egay one, i got it from a shop in my area, i payed $90 for it. they all say it is for 98-01, but it is a mistake, it is supposed to be 98-00. 01-02 is EXACTLy the same. so if it did fit 01, then it would fit 02. there is no difference between the 2 years. and all that crap on ebay about only fitting NON-V6 is bs. look at dinzdale's car, his is a v6 sedan and the lip fits nicely on his. if you also go on v6p.net, there are alot of guys tehre that have the lips on their v6's. they made the mugen lip for all years except the 01-02 sedan, they have it for 01-02 coupe, but i guess they felt they didnt need to make one for the 01-02 sedan. i had to trim parts of the inner tabs with a dremel in order to make it fit. the sides also seemed liek they arent long enough. me and my friend had to stretch it out. we started off with putting the screw in on side (had to drill the lip) and then screw it on the bumper and then when we were trying to make it fit on the other side, the first side cracked so we got kinda screwd. we ghetto rigged it by putting masking tape on teh cracked corners. doesnt look too bad imo

ok there is no mugen lip that made for 01-02....if u said is not 98-01....i cant even found a Polyurethane mugen style lip for 01 accord...is like never exist..but my is not crack when i stress it out to fit...the front is bend up..and the side is been screw by 2 each side !!! who know a place to get a lip that fit !!

i think since my tabs are broken on both sides, it doest lift up liek that in the middle, since urs isnt broken, all the tension is on the corners which hold it up so it pushes the lip upwards.

lol. one of my tabs broke too. but i used an L bracket to mend it back and used superglue and some hot glue from the glue gun to fix it up. Now all i need to do for mine is bondo it til the little crack doesnt show and its time to paint it. for anyone that plans on getting one of these ABS lips "mugen" or "type-R", i recommend using a HEAT GUN. it REALLY works well, just heat that b*tch up and stretch/pull hard lol.
