Got my windows tinted!!

I think you paid too much. I paid less then 100 and its 15% all around. Well last weekend I got pull over cause some unmark police cruiser pull me over in my apartment area cause he can't see me at night. Well obviously its tinted and its night so you wont see me. In daytime you can see thru it. Stupid cop flash his flashlight at my front window and said the light didnt pass through. 1st time in 4 years that has happen since I got it tint. Everytime I see a cop they just ignore me. Just because Im asian.

So did you get a ticket? If you did fight it. That's a bull **** ticket.



To the OP tint looks good man. I'd like it darker but to each his own. Glad you like it.

i'm still sticking by my first statement with the new pics added...lighter tint gives you the benefits of UV and heat blockage but doesn't give the cops a reason to freak out. looks good to me

next car i get tinted i want to do 50% on the windshield, if some tint shop will do it

Keep in mind it depends on where people live. Up here, you can't get tint done for less than $300. There are only 2 places that do it. But it is 3M tint with a lifetime warranty. Last time I was in Florida, I would see signs all over the side of the road advertising tint for $80 (I'm sure that stuff eventually turns purple though lol).
