Green valve cover vtec

I know that some 4 cyls aren't vtec and their valve covers are just silver, my question is what is the main difference between the 4 cyl vtecs with silver covers and the ones with the green background?

So I'm just lucky then not to have a SULEV, I've heard rumors they exist

Since mine is bright green, i thinks it is the SULEV you speak of
