How did you take the bulb out? as far as i know they are embedded into the circuit board of the cluster. There is a bulb for each seperate gear. How do i know? I changed trannys and installed a manual guage face on the right side where it used to say P R D4 D3 2 1. I saw the bulbs were embedded into the board so I plucked them out aswell since I don't need them anymore.

kthnxbaiiiiiii
so the part number is "search" you are alot of help. i may have already searched. why would you take the time to make a post and type "search' in the post?

How did you take the bulb out?
I took the bulb out by turning the back of it slightly counter clock-wise then pulling it out; each one can be taken out individually.

Actually, it depends. In the V6 clusters (at least most of the ones I've seen) they're different. I can't remember if they're 74s or not but if you look at talontsiawd's thread where he was doing the whole LED conversion, his is a V6 and I think he mentioned what bulb type they were.

its ****ing simple :slap: search, as in use the SEARCH **** on the forum

here: http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19089&highlight=bulb

Thats cool man.. Dont get offended. And there´s no need for the words. But the bulbs he is asking about dont come out neither on this link you are providing or on the Sylvania site. So apparently its not that easy to find what he is looking for.

Maybe you might want to read his question again and see that he is not asking about a T4 or 168 bulb. He is asking for the bulbs that light the letters P R N D D3 D2 D1 in the cluster. Those are not T4 or 168 and to be honest are not very common either.

Dont get me wrong. I also hate stupid questions from people you can tell that havent done their search. I am not a big fan of big mouths either. Peace.

i respect you, danvar... but to make it easy on oneself, just compare that bulb to someone else on the cluster. search for the bulb size on the forum. use SEARCH.
