H&R springs have about 20k miles
The last picture is the stance itll give you. If you ask me...they are the best aggressive drop I've ever had on my accord. If you look through my past sales and what not...I've owned EVERYTHING. Maybe except AMR. The list of suspension I've owned...Tein SS-P, Tein SS, Tein Basic, NEX, Ground Control w/ Koni, Eibach Pro-Kit, Skunk2 Coilover w/ Tokico HP, and F2 Type 1.
As for a mix of ride quality and aggressive drop (~2.25 inches) these are the best because of their progressive spring rate. I had them mated with tokico illumina (set at 3 in the front and 1 in the rear). These have been sitting in their box since fall 2010. I will get them cleaned up also.
