i don't have those but i do have similar ones.
i had the same problem, they did not fit right but i found i was putting them in wrong. Make sure they are pointing down they might be snug but they should fit-

I have the exact same projectors currently installed. They came with H1 bulbs and I tried to replace them with the H1 kit from DDM. They definately DON'T fit without modification, and ever after modifying, the bulbs don't sit straight in the housing and look like hell. Mine are for sale right now and will be reinstalling the OEM ones this weekend.

Thanks but they are not being installed wrong since H1's have a specific orientation.

H1 HID bulbs are the same. To get the HID bulbs to fit, you'll need to modify the socket. I've never done it, so I don't know what's involved, but I would assume it wouldn't be easy.

You can PM 1bad6 on here, he's got a set of projector headlights, and he was able to get H1 HID bulbs to fit no problem. He's got the better quality TYC projectors.

well guess i got lucky then cause mine went in super easy when put in correct.
