H23 with Vtec fitment question for 6th gens

I looked around for a specific answer but I could not find one.

The question is :

Will The automatic H23 vtec motor (the one with the nice blue cover) and transmission fit a 98 accord sedan ?

My friend is looking to swap his F series with the H23 but we're not sure If it will be a direct fit or what is needed to make it happen. Someone is selling the Motor/Trans/Ecu altogether.

If someone can shine some light on this matter I'd really appreciate it.

yes, it will fit. a few members here have done it. obviously it's not just a straight drop in but it can be done w/ not to much hassle
