Apparently you can use an obd2 usdm prelude ecu on the h23a and swap over necessary h22 parts to make it pass. Never done that myself since I didn't need to worry about emissions, but that's what I hear

Not worrying about smog check cause all we have here in Virginia is a state inspection which is just a check for safety, brakes, lights, wipers and tires etc...

Hey I did the same swap on my 98 accord but my f20b didn't came with the distributor so I boutgh one the name is td94u and I need help or a diagram on how to wire the distributor to my harnees I really need help
