need help with headlight guys. every time i turn my headlights on my high beams also come on. now my low beams also come on but only one of them comes on normal. the other one, including the high beams, come on but very dim. Ive checked fuse and they are good other then that i don't know what else could be wrong. also every time i go to turn on my high beams the whole left side cuts off and the right side is all normal.

any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

I had a very similar problem where my headlights would not come on at all, but the highbeams still worked.

I'd check the relay in the engine bay fuse box first, then check the grounds on the sides of the engine bay (one is right next to the windshield washer filler, the other near the airbox), then replace the headlight switch if all else fails.

i would think it's a short. check the wiring for the headlights and follow it as much as you can. check if there is any exposed wiring touching each other.

Check grounds also. and like finch said check your fuse box.

well you can check connections from the switch. always check connections and wires. they can come loose or if there is rubbing of the wire on any surface they can become exposed and it can be a short ro ground. jsut make sure you check everything you can yourself. it might cost you a bunch to get it checked out and fixed.
