what's with the rubber band on the shift knob and is it me or the passenger side front bumper is a little bent?

oh and its to hold the cover thingy

Im selling the body kit or trading it for stock front bumber + rear.. im located in carson

the rear bumper is good condition, front is cracked on the left side.. ill throw in the side skirts for free..

Well i bought the car about a year ago.. it came with a body kit and stuff.. took all that stuff off and did a somewhat major upgrade
