^ Sometimes dirt can get inside and lock up the teeth in the ignition. That happened to my grandpa in his mini van. So we put a tad bit of WD-40 on the key and it turned over. But when we got home, the key didn't work. So we used his spare. No problems! But I know with his car, if the key's teeth are not as sharp as they were before, it prevents the ignition going into II position. No matter how hard you try to free/move the wheel from the lock position. But I don't think our Accords are like that since we have an immobilizer.
Good luck! Let us know if you fixed it.
