just wiggle your wheel while you turn they key..it will unlock.
You must hve turned the wheel after the key was out to lock it up..

VERY simple fix...

My ex got stranded for 3 hours because of this same reason. I find it hilarious. :D

^ Sometimes dirt can get inside and lock up the teeth in the ignition. That happened to my grandpa in his mini van. So we put a tad bit of WD-40 on the key and it turned over. But when we got home, the key didn't work. So we used his spare. No problems! But I know with his car, if the key's teeth are not as sharp as they were before, it prevents the ignition going into II position. No matter how hard you try to free/move the wheel from the lock position. But I don't think our Accords are like that since we have an immobilizer.

Good luck! Let us know if you fixed it.

Is you're car a 5spd or a autotragic? There's one more thing you can try if you have an automatic. If you can put the car in neutral by bypassing the ignition and putting the key in the emergency release where your shift lever is (underneath the plastic cover around the shift lever) and then try to wiggle the wheel while in neutral that may work. It's worth a try.
