Help Recommend an Exhaust

I have a 4cyl accord sedan and my old muffler is pretty rusty and seems to be leaking..
Should I replace the whole exhaust system? Or will a muffler Suffice?

What should I be looking for in terms of specs when shopping for an exhaust system?

Yea, I read that but that thing seems outdated..

anyways I basically just need to know what size piping. Should I hit up ebay?

no bigger than 2.25 piping.
