Help!!!!!!!

Okay here is the deal! Yeah I have been talking about getting rid of my car because of the TRANYY DRAMA!!!!!! Well I did a quick fix on it so I can get back and forth to work.. I have sold off quite a bit of stuff and will be updating my sale thread!!

Well Here is the deal I was driving to get gas this AM to finish up some X-MAS Shopping and saw that I needed some air in my tires.. So I jumped about to roll out when all of a sudden I thought someone was SHOOTING at me LOL!!!! I got scared as S H I T!!! Something hit the hood I jump out take a look and 3rd Spark Plug EXPLODED in the cylinder Well What the hell does this all mean.. Does this mean?? What kind of work and how much are we talking.. At this point I just need to fix it to sale it or trade it in.. I am so BLOWN it couldn't happen at a better time...

Oh yeah I forgot to mention the fact that IT put a PIMPLE on the hood from the plug shooting out.. Cracked the paint right off and everything..

lol wtf? ive never heard of this happening...

is the spark plug thread stripped in the head? if not, throw a new plug in there and sell it tomorrow

HAHAHAHAHA This actually happened o my CUZ' Expedition!!! Had to be re-threaded.. The Plug is GHOST and it busted the end of my wire I guess I will take a better look tomorrow.. If anyone has any experience with this SHED some LIGHT Please!!

It happened on my Eclipse, and my buddies GT Mustang a LONG time ago. Had to have the cylinder re-threaded.

It happened to my Eclipse just after I started it up one night, and my buddy when he was driving.

It could have happened to me too. When I changed my spark plugs, they were all EXTREMELY loose. I'm surprised they didn't shoot out before. I'm glad now my new ones are in there tight enough.

i remember my engine was making some weird noise and the idle was a bit rough, and when i looked under the hood, i thin kit was plug 3 that had partially came unplugged. it was still on the spark plug, but not pushed down all the way to where it clips in. so i pushed it down and clipped it in, but it still came undone again later on. the seal in my spark plug had gone bad, i ended up getting new plugs and wires and everything was fine, even ran better since it wasnt leaking. that sucks tho dude, hopefully its not to bad. this happened in my friends jetta 1.8t, shot the plug and the coilpack right out. everything was fine tho, his plug got stripped and not the head.
