so i went to go pick up my car from the shop, and my driver side headlight was out. sat there and talked to the manager and he's gonna cover replacement cost. so i thought it was the bulb, so i changed it, and it's still not working. would it be the ballast?

Could be the ballast or some loose wiring some where. That happened to me once when I was putting it in my gf car. It turned out to be one of the wires was messed up somehow but luckly I had an extra one. Replaced it and it worked. If it was me, i'd start swapping parts with the other headlight to help you find the problem.

its either the ballast or one of the terminals is backwards. sometimes the car has reverse polarity and the plug that goes from the OEM plug into the ballast needs to be reversed. Thats how it is on the Odyssey but I havent experienced this on the accord. Maybe they put it on the wrong way???
