You cant? Have you compared with our stock housing reflector lights? I see a 100x better with HIDs.

You either buy an HID "kit" off egay, or from Shaved accord (see him for more details) Or you can get a retrofit done, or do it yourself. A retrofit is when you take, for example TSX projectors, and put them into our cars. Then you have amazingly great output of light without blinding people. :beer:

cant see with OEM retro in the rain? when i drive my moms lexus RX330 during the rain or snow, the visibility is good. not close to dry weather but i can still see.

snow is the white stuff that falls from the sky during winter time. seeing that YOUR location is in california, you rarely encounter it.
