Alright, so I installed my new hid kit a few days ago (without a relay harness) and everything went well until tonight..

I was driving down the highway and all of a sudden my gauges and dash lights go out and then I later find out that my parking and tail lights aren't turning on either.
The only lights working outside are my lows, highs and my turns and brakes (when I signal or brake)
All of the warning lights in the cluster work.

So I searched about relays and I've narrowed it down to:
1. Blown fuse
2. Fried wiring

There's probably more searching for my n00b-self,
but how can I tell which one it is?
and most importantly, how can I fix this??

Well you should have a relay system anyways. Its only 20$ if u make it ur self or buy one from online for a lil more. http://www.ddmtuning.com/.

So your fuses are designed to blow before any damage occurs. But since ur tail lights, ur parking lights and ur guage lights dont work. I want to say its a bad relay. When ur car is off, turn ur parking lights on and off. Listen for the relay to click. You should hear it click under the dash.

If u dont hear anything. Ur gonna have to go relay hunting under your dash and experiment by taking one out at a time and testing it with a relay that u know thats good. For example, u can take the headlight relay out to use as your experiment, since obviously ur headlights are working.

Start off with the fuses first though just to be 100% sure. I am pretty sure its a relay though.
