i have a quick question about HIDs. im looking for the most light output and i was told if i got the 35watt i should get 6k, but if i got the 55watt i should get the 5k. suggestions?

dont get 55w...way too bright for the stock housings.

yeah im probalby guna keep the stock housings for a minute. so you suggest the 35 watt?

theres really no reason for 55w kits on the streets, even in projectors. so 35w if youre going to get some...

whatever you do, dont get 55w with 5000k, it really bleaches out color and output.

i have ddm 55watt 6000k and they have the best output that i have seen around town with reflector housings.

i have the same as bret and love the output. its all up to personal opinion OP...

Yea I bet the 55 watt 6ks do have good output but its probably so good that no one in front of you can see after driving by you. lol

35w 6k=whitish blue.

55w 6k=more pure white less blue tint. color wash

but keep in mind i only have stock housings and not projectors. what would be the best option for me?
