    I have a lil over 454,xxx miles she's a 99 2.3 sedan... if you take care of em they'll take care of you. She may not be the prettiest but she's reliable.

    Edit: original motor and trans never touched the internal just kept up with maintence

    I wish the previous owners kept up with mine. I have 217,xxx miles and I have some leaky valve seals. She eats some oil but damn does she then and is reliable.

    Try Lucas oil stabilizer, in your case I would do 2 quarts of it with your next oil change. Stuff works wonders.

    I'm at 214k, but I had my entire transmission rebuilt a year ago.
