The LED flasher is for turn signal LEDs to prevent hyper flashing. The 9006 LED bulbs are for the highs and are brand new never installed.

I will post a pic of the bulbs up tomorrow. In your sig I see you have a coupe, I believe that the sedan and coupe have different size taillight bulbs.
