there were high winds in our area today and some rain, but when my friend came over and said a tree fell across the street that intersects mine I was like "oh nice..well let's check it out"

and yeah, we found out far more happened with that big ol' tree..

nope, but that right with the stop sign is one of the main roads that leads into the city so I pass that house like every single day.

you wanna know something even more crazy?

I made that left turn onto that street not an hour before that happened, because I was on the phone with my friend telling him it was alright to stop by and in between that phone call and him pulling up at my house it had fallen.

and apparently owned a car? I dunno, insane accuracy on the tree's part if you think about it.

my friend and I just walked up into the guy's driveway and literally nobody was around. The cops hadn't shown up and people had to drive around the tree to get past it on the shoulder. I think weirdly enough the two of us may have been the first people to see what happened if the owner didn't hear the impact sound from inside. Like I went back to get my camera later.

If there is any type of disease or mold on the tree that could hurt the integrity of the tree. the home owners yard It's on will have to pay for the damages. If It's a healthy tree That's not the case.
