how are you guys shifting in ur 5 speed?

just wondering how u guys out there shift when u line it up on a red light.
my 02 accord rev limiter set to 6k but i can bring it up to 6.5k then shift into 2 but the rpm drops to round 4k and 2 gear takes a long *** time to build up.
any tips on shifting when ur about to race someone of the line???

1st mistake is street racing.
2nd mistake is telling US that you street race.

did you race a genesis on your stock suspension, going "130" too?

hard not to race...when you got 15 people trying to line it up with your accord everyday

no, it's easy not to race...just don't floor it when they rev at you. im gonna assume my car is just as fast if not faster than your car, and i have never raced anyone in my wrx. it's easy..
