That's why you wait. The reason you are likely to only need rear, with springs is because there is no stock adjustment for camber in the rear. Where you can slightly adjust camber in front.

On coilovers, you may end up dropping the front signficantly more than the rear to get an even drop.

On top of that, all cars are different. Bumping a curb to accidents can change your camber, etc.
