I see that, but still I recently changed to synthetic-blend high milage and plan on changing my oil at 3000 or 3500 miles. I worked at jiffy lube and I've seen full synthetic oils come out of BMWs and Mercedes' after 3000 miles that are still black as conventional oils. Just my personal experience, but if you are still getting good results with that kind of interval then more power too you. :naughty:

You make a good point, I guess the mileage doesn't matter as much as the actual condition of the oil. :p

I change mine every 2500 lol cause you also have to take in to consideration all the time your sitting in traffic with your ac running and not moving. just cause your not puttin miles on it doesn't mean your engine isn't working hard.

Well....for me it does, cuz it's not getting ANY miles put on it for awhile. :)
