I used goof off, its the kind that is a straight liquid like paint thinner. I tried paint thinner but it didnt work, then used goof off and it came off easy as hell.

The goof off might end up damaging or taking the blue off as well, but try it, you can always paint it black again if anything goes bad

you can use sand paper. i would start with 300 grit then start my way up to 1000+ grit.

I have some small scratches on my tails, can I sand them out with 1000 grit? Is there a way to make them shiny and new again?

I used a company called Zaino its plastic magic cleaner and polisher. I used that after I sanded them with 2000 grip sand paper and then it shined it up pretty good imo. You have to go to the website if you want that stuff. I went a little too dark when I first did them didnt know how they would turn out. I got warned by a cop about them being too dark but I was pulled over for something else.
