Hvac not working or working occasionally

Hi guys. I'm new here and been having an intermittent issue with the 02 accord hvac. It just didn't work every now and then. Now after a weekend in a hot climate (above 30 degree Celsius) it just stopped working.
Now sometimes comes back but with the issue you can see in the video.

Did you change the A/C relay switch?

Kind of looks like the same problem I was having with AC Control Board. I documented the fix in a blog I made here https://98-02hondaaccordacfix.blogspot.com/2017/03/98-02-honda-accord-ac-fix-it-yourself.html, but it's also documented in a few other places online.
