i really dont want to spend any more money on my car unless its for the project. UNLESS, i find a used one for fairly cheap, the next clutch i will buy

Your best bet is to go to car-part.com and find some local junk yards with 98-02 5-speed accord parts listed. Give them a call and see what they can do as far as prices on the parts you need. I found a junk yard that had a totalled 5-speed and they pulled most of the parts I needed for dirt cheap. Each time I found a new part to buy I called them up and they shipped it out. IIRC, the pedals costed me about $40.
