i need clutch help

YEAHHHH just finished my 6 speed swap......... awesome, but one thing, i have no clutch the pedal feels good but the clutch doesnt disengauge hence cant shift or change gears. i have a brand new master cylinder and lines, the only thing that i have used is the slave cylinder that came with the CL transmission. the slave seems to be ok beacuse no leaks, but it idk how much the rod is supposed to move, but like i said i think its the slave but ima get yalls expertise on this. i have bleed out the system till brake fluid just shoots into the air.

Sounds like it's not bleed properly. Can u shift when the car is not running?

yeah i can shift through all 6 gears and reverse when the engine is off. should i vacuum bleed it this time?

yeah i replaced the slave and now everything works, who figures, the old slave never leaked and it was bad.... :shrug:

, i ask one more thing, for you guys that do the 6 speed swap, what do i do about my speedometer? there must be some way it can read information.

I read your old posts and saw you were contemplating a Jswap and that your engine was burning oil. Did you 6spd swap your stock J30? J32 swap?

lol i had 2 coupes the one that was burning oil i gave away, i got another one and went through 2 autos so i went for a Acura CLS manual 6 speed, funny story on the transmission to, they are not easy to get from where i live once in a blue moon i get an accord, tl, cl manual for parts here, i had to drive from orlando to miami with an oddesy that ALSO had a dying transmission lol.
