the ulev may have the cyp pin different at the ecu. there should be pin outs on here some where search and it should help you if all else fails buys a haynes and it has the wiring diagram for both ulev and normal vtec.

QFT, or the OP could just buy the ULEV ECU like everyone keeps telling him.
