O crap, I did swap out the bulbs at the bottom of the doors for some cheap ebay led bulbs two-three days ago.... That might be the problem...... I guess I got for what I paid for.... Hope swapping it back to oem will fix the problem.

I have ebay bulbs on my doors and have had no issues. One thing to check with ebay bulbs is that the terminals arent twisted inside the bulb base(sometimes they are).

Try taking off the bulbs though, and replace the fuse. If it doesnt blow again you found your problem.

update:

When I went downstairs to start diagnosing the problem I had to remember all the places I worked on the previous years so I decided to start with the front end which is the parking lights. I spliced some wires for the ccfl's back then and to my surprise I found both the + and - wire "VERY" close to touching each other and exposed.... I quickly taped it up as secure as possible and threw on the parking lights. So far so good, the cluster lights stayed on for 1min without blowing.

Now the real test is to start up the car and turn it on and see if it blows or not.

When I went downstairs to start diagnosing the problem I had to remember all the places I worked on the previous years so I decided to start with the front end which is the parking lights. I spliced some wires for the ccfl's back then and to my surprise I found both the + and - wire "VERY" close to touching each other and exposed.... I quickly taped it up as secure as possible and threw on the parking lights. So far so good, the cluster lights stayed on for 1min without blowing.

Hopefully that was it. Let us know if it was.
Also, you might want to invest in some heat shrink tubing. You can get it at ace or radio shack. If you taped it with electrical tape it will eventually unravel again.

liquid electrical tape. i use it and lovez it.

^ I've never heard of that until now. I just google'd it, looks pretty cool. When it dries is it easy to remove? Or is it gooey?

Its easy to remove with a bit of force/work. It dries pretty much like rubber. So you can easily cut it or tear it if you pull hard enough.

Its easy to remove with a bit of force/work. It dries pretty much like rubber. So you can easily cut it or tear it if you pull hard enough.

That sounds very convenient in awkward places where it would be hard to get heat shrink, or if you're like me and sometimes connect wires and realize you forgot to put the heat shrink on the wire. haha
