Not crazy power. Just think about it for a second..

1) I think it's safe to say a H23 head flows as good or better than a PnP F23 head

2) IM..much less restrictive than F23

3) CamS..(on F23 Bisi said 15-20% increase in power..and that's SOHC)..that is probably with compression, however. But needless to say cams alone will yield a big increase

4) Am I forgetting something? Ahh yess..TUNE. With a good tune, I don't see why this setup would net 20whp..at least..especially when everything is put together..it's not just one thing. For example, i/h/e is a great combo..but one without the other two doesn't do much....ya dig?
