They're just sitting in there, I think I used a small dab of hotglue. You don't have to cut anything, the reflector is still in place. The wire gets run through the hole where the tab for the reflector would get clicked in. Click on the photos in the link, you'll see the tube has to clear square ends so its easy to mount in place. http://www.oznium.com/cathode-kit/photos

how did u seal the lights? i opened my new ones to paint them black, and one fogs the other one just gets wet. i used a heatgun to melt them back into place and then a whole tube of waterproofing sealer but its bad

Silicon sealant from home depot. It says like silicone II on the tube. Its the one that you have to you use the gun with. You have to make sure you completely go around the whole edge. I heard this works well also http://www.hidplanet.com/silica.html . It'll keep the headlight from getting condensation. Tsx headlights have them in them and you'll see small gel packages sometimes when you buy something from the store thats in a clear package.
