She's all put back together and quiet now. I really wanted to take it up to highway speed but it was a) way too loud under 10mph and b) didn't want to run the ECU in open loop with no O2 for that long.

I like the Felpro gasket I put in compared to the OEM one... metal-lead-metal sandwich vs. metal-metal.
