Okay, don't know if these are relevant but i will include all prior details. Cars idle perfectly fine then I put in premium and fuel cleaner from lucas, idle still okay, then I put on the suspension and now idle is staying at 2k ish... Now could me javing hit that first bump at dampening 1 damagr the IACV? or could it be a result of the strange fuel mix I put in and the symptoms simply didnt show until all the prior fuel ran through? Going to try an ecu reset after work, but need to explore possibilites

touche.. i guess my paranoia just kicked in lol i just dropped a lot of $$$, dont want to have to drop more.. :3 anyways, resolved i think, turns out resetting my ecu helped a lot with the idle, although i still idle at 1.5k. so to any who wish to use fuel cleaners... be careful.

Did you touch any vacuum hoses, mess with the idle screw in any way shape or form?
Did you check that the gas pedal cable is not caught somewhere holding the butterfly valve open more then it should?
Did you attempt cleaning the TB?

I've tried and used seafoam, lucas, STP, gumout and never had any issues with them at all...

really? tbh, this is the first time i've used the lucas in this car, and its the only car to have given me problems. I checked the vacuum hoses, the idle screw, they all seem pretty clean, the TB was cleaned not too long ago, so i doubt that's it, but my IACV hasnt seen the light of day in a while, so i was wondering about that as well. I did check the gas cable as well, was actually the first thing i decided to check. i will try cleaning out the TB again though, as well as giving the IACV a good deep-clean... Its just strange that this happened almost immediately after the coil-over install, although i put the lucas in probably 30 miles prior to the install

i had an idle issue after changing a battery... it wouldnt stay idling at all. could be totally different than your issue, but i managed to drive it for about five minutes or so then the computer re-registered the fuel/air business or whatever.
