Technically yes, realistacally, no. Probably about the same as taking your jack out, or your misc crap out. Compared to say steal. Compared to alluminum, probably no difference what so ever.

you could probably just get off your *ss and run around the block everyday for a week and get the same weight saving for free.

HAHAHA!! The point of reducing weight of the wheels is to reduce the amount of power needed to make wheels in movment. I doubt these lightweight nuts are giving a great difference... Like those to put lightweight wheels but have 3 12" subs in the trunk, a big body kit....
