Ya they are probably fakes but quality looks good. Might take a chance since they offer a kit with:

Projectors w/ 2.5in clear lens
Mini Gatlings
35w hid 5k kit
Angel eyes with converter

I'm pretty sure it would not be authentic but normally the fakes from that area are of pretty high quality. Only thing I hate doing is using my credit card to overseas sellers and that's why I have some reservations.
