Well we found out that attaching a nice pieace of metal on the inside of the lip will hold it and the corners won't break anymore. About the filling...yeah something like that.

do you guys wear respirators when you work? i can't imagine breathing in all that bondo dust and paint fume crap all the time.

i just bondo in my garage with nothing else. but the bondo smell is VERY VERY powerful. so i keep it away from my face even though i should of wore a face mask. i only wear gloves.
