That greenish pipe infront of the radiator is part of the power steering. I think it crosses infront to help cool the fluid. I think i had the same intercooler and mine fit with out interfering with it. I didnt need a dremel to put mine in. I just used a drill press and drilled the holes for the bolts as far back as I could on the bumper.

Dean, you don't need to cut away anything... don't install your intercooler yet until you get everything else like your oil cooler, etc. install everything all at once rather than installing it little by little.

Haha, I've been installing it piece by piece cuz I want it so badly lol...it doesn't matter now, I have to wait AT LEAST a month till I buy anything. My freaknut job cut back on hours so bad, I can't believe how bad they're screwing me right now. But I got a new headunit haha.

Lol, probably. I won't chase after them though. I'm not even installing the turbo to race or anything. Just fun and something to keep me busy and out of trouble and learn lol. But I did mark it up today. I just rotated the horns up a little and i'm going to use a bracket to attach the intercooler. There should be zero cutting this way except to run the piping. I will take pics when I do it.

let the arguments begin but...

in the dsm world, ebay intercoolers have been shown to raise IATs instead of lowering them.

i dare you to put on a good brand and see what happens.

as ive said before, im 100% about "do it right, do it once" and i wont cheap out just to do something. youve got to pay to play. id rather be "the non-turbo'd one" rather than being the "****tily turbo'd one" (yes i made an adverb) :coffee:
