Hey there fellow Accordians. I found a neat iPod kit for our cars. This will work on every radio but the EX models with the 6-CD changer built in. I installed it tonight and so far love it. You can still use your CD player and just hit the CD button again and it goes to the iPod. It also has a cord for MP3 players that plugs into the headphone jack. I thought I would share because these people have been very helpful and the customer service is great. So I thought I would help them out. So here is the link. Might be pricey to some, but I thought it was totally worth it. All of the other ones I have found either cut out our CD players completely or didn't work with the radio. This one allows you to control the iPod directly through the radio, and select playlists too.

And if you have any problems, just email them at there email on the side of the page and they get back to you quite quickly.

looks like a good product, great for the people who like having the oem receiver. Idk why they do because most aftermarket receivers have better quality, to bad it wont work for the EXs. id rather spend a little more and buy a new receiver, but whatever peels your banana. this is much better than the cassette aux cords and the fm transmitters

its looks nice and all but honestly, i have the cassette aux cord, and i have no complaints with it, its good quality as long as you turn the volume down on the device a tad bit its AMAZING compared the FM transmitter & its cheaper

Damnit I need one that works with the disc changer unit. I would swap out the whole unit except for the fact that I like my steering wheel controls and im old school and bump casettes.

They don't make one that works with the changer.

I was using the cassette adapter as well, and I just hate having cords hanging out of the front of the radio. This tucks under that little cubby and I just have to one cord coming out for my iPhone.

I love having my stock radio. I just upgraded all of the speakers and now this and it all sounds amazing. So overall I'm happy.

Does it matter that if the car is an EX/LX, or are you saying that this works with all factory head units except for the 6-disc?

Regardless I think I'll stick with my antique car kit tape deck amplifier. lol
