Is this OEM Kit Sideskirt? or the OEM stock rocker panels

It's actually quite easy if you know what to look for lol.

lol I do know what to look for, I have a Honda Genuine kit I pieced together myself. I clearly did not look closely enough at the photo.

And yeah, my rocker panels were SMR. I think just the SE's rocker panels were unpainted.

It's getting painted in the new year, no point in doing it now since the car will be parked for winter soon. Had too many other priorities to take care of this year, to get it done sooner.
